Urgent Services

All HM Passport Offices cater for urgent services, these include the 1-day Premium Service and the 1-week Fast-Track Service.

Please check which services are suitable for you before you book your passport appointment.

Can I fill in my application at my appointment?

We would always recommend to all customers to fill in their application prior to your appointment, this allows you plenty of time to ensure your application is complete and correct.

You are only allocated a 15-minute appointment slot and due to extremely high volumes of customers they can not wait for you and if you are not ready to be seen you may miss your slot and therefore may have to rebook an appointment.

I have forgotten my passport photos, what can I do?

Although we recommend that you check your application, supporting documents and passport photos before attending your appointment we understand that mistakes happen and you may forget or lose your photos, or your photos may not meet the guidelines and you need to retake them.

All HM Passport Offices have photo booths available for this. Please be aware that most of these machines only take cash. If you need to retake your photos please check the our photo guidelines before printing your pictures.

Booking and attending a passport appointment can be daunting but having all the relevant information can make your trip easy and stress free.
